We are metal roofers. We remove concrete and tiled roofs when we are replacing them with metal, but we do not do tiled roof restoration or tile repair work. If that is what you need, we will tell you rather than taking the job.
Custom Orb is the traditional corrugated profile, Trimdek is a low-profile ribbed sheet, and Klip-Lok is a concealed-fix sheet suited to lower pitches and longer runs. The right one depends on your pitch, span and the look you want.
If the sheeting is sound and the problem is in the flashings or penetrations, a repair is the sensible option. If the leaks keep moving and the sheets are rusted through at the laps, repairs are only buying time.
Yes, and gutter and downpipe replacement is a job in its own right. We size the drainage for the roof area rather than replacing like for like when like for like was never enough.
