If you have stains on the ceiling, gutters overflowing, or water running down the walls, that usually points to something wrong with the roof or the roof drainage.
It is normally the details rather than the sheets: a penetration that has been sealed instead of flashed, a ridge or barge capping that has lifted, a valley full of debris, or fixings that have backed out and left the seal open.
Water gets in at one point, runs along a batten or a purlin and drops somewhere else entirely, so finding where it is actually coming in is most of the job.

We come out to the property, work back from where the water is showing to where it is actually getting in, and tell you the best way to fix it. Then we repair it properly rather than putting sealant over a symptom.

Yes. Lifted or displaced sheets, damaged cappings and failed flashings after a storm are regular work. Get in touch as soon as you can, because a roof that is open lets a lot more water in with the next front.
If the sheeting is sound and the problem is in the details, yes, and a repair is far cheaper than a replacement. If the sheets are rusted through at the laps and the leaks keep moving, we will tell you it is time to replace rather than taking your money for another patch.

No. We are metal roofers. We remove concrete and tiled roofs when replacing them with metal, but we do not do tile restoration or tile repair work.
