Most calls we take from homeowners are the everyday things: a tap that will not stop dripping, a toilet that runs or leaks, a burst pipe under the house, or a new dishwasher that needs connecting properly. We handle all of it, along with basins, sinks, showers, hot and cold water pipework, water leak repairs and general maintenance.

Commercial and Industrial Plumbing

We work on commercial developments, retail fit-outs, shopping centres, healthcare facilities, childcare centres, schools, government and council projects and industrial facilities. That covers new construction plumbing from underground services through rough-in and fit-off to testing and commissioning, along with refurbishments and upgrades.

Commercial sites also need the compliance items done correctly, including backflow prevention devices, thermostatic mixing valves, fire hose reel pipework, trade waste drainage, grease trap connections, floor wastes and tundishes. We also take on preventative maintenance so faults get picked up before they interrupt trading.

Hot Water Repairs and Replacements

When hot water fails it is rarely convenient. We find the fault, tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense, and get the household back to normal showers. We work on electric, gas instantaneous and storage systems, along with commercial hot water and recirculation systems.

If the unit is being replaced, we help you pick a system sized to the number of people using it and the energy supply at the property, then install and commission it properly.

Gas Appliances, Pipework and Leaks

We install and connect gas appliances, run new natural gas and LPG pipework, alter existing runs, fit bayonets, and install LPG bottles and regulators. Every installation is tested and commissioned before we hand it back.

If you can smell gas or suspect a leak, that is not something to leave. We locate the leak, make the system safe and carry out the repair and testing.

Drainage, Civil Works and Excavation

Drainage is where our range really shows. We clear blocked drains and use CCTV inspection to find out why it blocked in the first place, repair and replace damaged sewer and stormwater infrastructure, and install new sanitary drainage, sewer mains, property connections, junctions and manholes.

On larger sites we install stormwater systems, pits, culvert crossings, reinforced concrete pipe, precast headwalls and detention systems, along with water mains and property water services. Because we run our own mini excavators, augers and plant, trenching, pipe bedding, backfilling and site preparation are handled by the same team doing the plumbing.

Metal Roofing, Roof Plumbing and Cladding

We install new metal roofs and replace old or failed ones on homes, commercial buildings and industrial sheds, working in Colorbond, Klip-Lok, Trimdek and Custom Orb. Where a concrete or tiled roof is being replaced with metal, we remove the old roof as part of the job.

Roof plumbing is the other half of a roof that actually works. We install and replace gutters, fascia gutters, box gutters, rainheads, sumps, overflows and downpipes, re-fall box gutters that are not draining, and fit apron, barge, ridge and change-of-pitch flashings. We also install wall and parapet cladding with custom folded flashings and cappings.
