Getting a New Gas Appliance Installed?
A new cooktop, heater or gas hot water unit is rarely a straight swap. The existing pipework may not be sized for it, the connection point may be in the wrong place, or there may be no gas point there at all.
On properties running bottled LPG there is more to it again, with the bottles, regulator and changeover to set up correctly.
Gas work is licensed work for good reason. An installation that has not been tested and commissioned properly is not something you want behind your kitchen bench.
