If you have a new build coming up, you need a plumber who can come in at the planning stage, get the underground and the rough-in done properly, and be back again at the end when you are ready to fit off.
In between there is water services, gas, hot water, stormwater and roof drainage, and each of those has to be coordinated with someone else on site.
